Nuveen Municipal Closed-End Funds have approved a proposal to merge NOM, NXJ, and NQP into NMZ, subject to shareholder approval. The mergers aim to create a larger fund with increased trading volume. NOM, NXJ, and NQP will hold their 2026 Annual Meetings of Shareholders on January 16, 2026, to consider the merger proposal and elect Board Members. Shareholder proposals must be submitted by October 3, 2025, for consideration at the meetings.
