Nuveen Closed-End Funds announced an update to reorganization distributions, replacing monthly distributions with pre-reorganization distributions declared on December 30, 2025, for Nuveen Select Tax-Free Income Portfolio, Nuveen California Select Tax-Free Income Portfolio, and Nuveen New York Select Tax-Free Income Portfolio. Since NXC and NXN do not have an accumulated undistributed net investment income balance, no pre-reorganization distributions will be made. NXP will declare its regular monthly distribution on January 2, 2026, with a record date of January 15, 2026, and payable date of February 2, 2026.
