Novaturas Group has announced a change in its CFO position, with Darius Undzėnas stepping down on July 15. The company is searching for a new CFO to oversee financial operations across its Lithuanian, Latvian, and Estonian subsidiaries. Until the recruitment process is complete, Auksė Kriaučiūnaitė, the company's Senior Financial Controller, will assume CFO responsibilities. Novaturas Group is a tour operator offering travel destinations from the Baltic States and recorded revenues of EUR 201 mln in 2024, serving 239,000 passengers.
In a recent development, Novaturas Group has announced the departure of Darius Undzėnas, the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 15. Undzėnas, who has been instrumental in the financial operations of the company, has been with Novaturas Group for over two decades. His resignation comes as a strategic move to allow for a fresh perspective in leading the company's financial operations.The company has appointed Auksė Kriaučiūnaitė, the Senior Financial Controller, to temporarily oversee financial operations across the Lithuanian, Latvian, and Estonian subsidiaries until a new CFO is recruited. Kriaučiūnaitė brings a wealth of experience in financial management and will ensure the continuity of financial operations during this transition period.
Novaturas Group, a leading tour operator offering travel destinations from the Baltic States, recorded revenues of EUR 201 million in 2024 and served 239,000 passengers. The company's extensive portfolio includes summer and winter recreational, sightseeing, exotic, skiing, workation, and group trips to destinations worldwide.
The company's financial statements for 2024 were submitted to the supervisory authority on June 9, 2025, following a delay due to objective reasons related to the preparation and audit processes. The Bank of Lithuania noted that the delay did not have a significant adverse impact on third parties or the company itself, nor did it pose a risk to the stability or reliability of the financial market.
