Nouveau Monde Secures Binding Offtake Deal with Government of Canada

Nouveau Monde Graphite has secured a federal offtake framework with the Government of Canada for 30,000 tons/year of graphite concentrate from its Matawinie mine. The deal introduces a fixed North American pricing structure, indexed annually to inflation, providing a clearer revenue floor. The agreement builds on existing offtake deals, securing more than 70% of expected production, and reflects Ottawa's push to lock in domestic supply of battery materials.
