Northern Trust Appoints Eric Freedman as Wealth Management CIO, Katie Nixon to Lead Northeast Region

Northern Trust Wealth Management has appointed Eric Freedman as Chief Investment Officer, succeeding Katie Nixon who now leads the high-growth Northeast Region. Freedman will guide the private client investment practice and the firm's investment platform and offerings. Freedman brings over two decades of investment leadership experience and has previously served as Chief Investment Officer at U.S. Bank. Nixon will continue to report to Wealth Management President Jason Tyler.
