Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. has announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack store in Knoxville, Tennessee, in spring 2026. The 30,000 square foot location will be situated at Pinnacle Turkey Creek, a popular shopping center that includes other major retailers such as PGA Tour Superstore, Marshall's, and Burlington. This new store is expected to generate jobs and expand Nordstrom's physical footprint in Tennessee.

Currently, Nordstrom operates one Nordstrom store and four Nordstrom Rack stores in Tennessee, employing approximately 490 people statewide. The new Knoxville location will further enhance the company's presence and economic impact in the state. Nordstrom Rack, the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc., is a key component of the company's "Closer to You" strategy, which aims to provide customers with a more convenient and interconnected shopping experience across its stores and digital platforms.

The new store will offer customers up to 70 percent off on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor, and shoes from top brands. Additionally, customers will be able to take advantage of convenient services such as online order pick-up from both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, and make returns easily. The store will also provide easy alterations at select locations.
