Nike Beats Estimates by 81% While Under Armour Posts $19M Loss

Nike reported Q1 FY2026 earnings of $0.49 per share, exceeding estimates by 81%, while revenue reached $11.72 billion. However, net income dropped to $727 million from over $1 billion a year earlier. Under Armour missed estimates by 116% and swung to a $19 million loss from a $170 million profit in the prior year quarter. Nike's operating margin compressed to 7.9%, while Under Armour's collapsed to 1.3%.
