Nicole Montna Van Vleck Named Businesswoman of the Year by Sacramento Metro Chamber

River Valley Community Bank's founding director, Nicole Montna Van Vleck, has been named Businesswoman of the Year by the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce. Van Vleck is President and CEO of Montna Farms, a family-owned operation and major grower of Japanese short grain specialty rice. She has established herself as a leader in agriculture and conservation, permanently protecting over 4,000 acres through conservation easements. The bank's CEO, John M. Jelavich, praised Van Vleck's deep understanding of agriculture, commitment to the region, and leadership in business and conservation.
