(NYSE: RNG) to extend their integrated AI-powered Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. The partnership, which dates back to 2015, has been extended for a multi-year period to focus on enhancing customer engagement and re-energizing the channel partner ecosystem.
The renewed partnership will leverage the strengths of both companies to offer AI-powered customer experiences.
