NFP, a leading property and casualty (P&C) broker and part of Aon, has announced the acquisition of employee benefits broker Pilot|RB. The acquisition aims to enhance NFP's group benefits offerings, particularly in the non-profit segment. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed [1].

Josh Senders and Ben Senders, principals at Pilot|RB, will join NFP as senior vice-presidents, reporting to Chris Feneli, managing director, Benefits, for NFP’s Northeast region. Pilot|RB, with over six decades of experience, has been catering to non-profit organizations and middle market businesses. The company has built a platform to design benefit programs with low costs and risk [1].

Kate Henry, president of NFP’s Northeast region, expressed excitement about the acquisition, stating, "We’re excited to welcome Josh, Ben and the Pilot team and add their capabilities and expertise to our diverse portfolio of solutions.
