Neuberger Berman has announced a change to the names of several of its funds for marketing purposes. The changes are set to take effect on December 18, 2025, for the funds Neuberger Berman Energy Infrastructure and Income Fund Inc., Neuberger Berman High Yield Strategies Fund Inc., Neuberger Berman Municipal Fund Inc., Neuberger Berman Next Generation Connectivity Fund Inc., and Neuberger Berman Real Estate Securities Income Fund Inc. Other funds, including ETFs, will have their names changed on February 28, 2026.
