Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings is facing a $76M EB-5 debt lawsuit at North America's largest ski resort, Powder Mountain. The lawsuit claims Hastings took control of the resort in 2023 without consulting investors and is now refusing to repay $42M plus interest. Hastings has since launched a new private ski colony for the ultra-wealthy called Powder Haven, with a season pass price of $1,599.
