NetEase Appoints Johnny Chan as Independent Director to Board

NetEase, a leading internet and game services provider, has appointed Mr. Kok Chung Johnny Chan to its board of directors as an independent director, effective August 14, 2025. Mr. Chan has over 40 years of experience in investment banking and investment management. He currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company and is a member of the Market Misconduct Tribunal. He previously served as a deputy chairman of the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
