NeoVolta Forms Joint Venture for US Battery Manufacturing Facility.

NeoVolta Inc. has formed NeoVolta Power, LLC, a joint venture to develop a U.S. battery energy storage system (BESS) manufacturing platform in Pendergrass, Georgia. The facility will have an initial annual production capacity of 2 GWh, scalable to 8 GWh, and is expected to begin mass production in mid-2026, supporting 89 production personnel. This domestic manufacturing capacity will enable NeoVolta to serve the utility-scale and commercial & industrial energy storage markets as a U.S. manufacturer.
