CRH--
NCC is in advanced talks to sell its industry business to a consortium including CRH, Heidelberg Materials, and Bouygues' Colas for over $800 million. The deal is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks, with the potential buyer group planning to split the business in several geographies. NCC's industry business accounts for 20% of the company's total sales and includes aggregates, asphalt, and asphalt paving. The sale would leave NCC focused on infrastructure, residential and commercial construction, and a development arm. Shares of NCC have gained 27% in the past year, valuing the company at $2.6 billion.
