• Nayax and Autel Energy form strategic partnership for embedded payment solutions. • Partnership addresses growing demand for seamless, scalable EV charging infrastructure. • Nayax's payment infrastructure to be integrated with Autel's EV charging technology. • Autel's EVSE business reported 53% YoY revenue growth in 2024. • Partnership aims to simplify payments and maximize loyalty for EV charging merchants.

Nayax Ltd. (Nasdaq: NYAX) and Autel Energy have announced a strategic partnership to provide embedded payment solutions for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. This collaboration aims to address the growing demand for seamless and scalable EV charging infrastructure, integrating Nayax's payment solutions with Autel's EV charging technology.

Under the agreement, Autel will integrate Nayax's payment solutions into an estimated 100,000 EV chargers planned for deployment across North America and Europe by the end of 2026. The partnership seeks to streamline charging operations and enhance payment convenience for EV drivers.

Autel Energy, a leading global supplier of electric vehicle charging equipment (EVSE), reported a significant year-over-year revenue growth of 53% in its charging business for 2024. This partnership represents a major volume opportunity for Nayax's payment technology business, creating a substantial new revenue channel across North America and Europe.

By embedding payment solutions directly into Autel's manufacturing process, Nayax secures a competitive position in the EV charging payment ecosystem. This approach eliminates the need for retrofitting payment systems or managing separate payment terminals, creating operational efficiencies for charging station operators.

The recurring transaction revenue potential is particularly valuable. Each EV charging session processed through Nayax's payment infrastructure generates a processing fee. With EV adoption accelerating globally, the transaction volume through these 100,000 chargers should grow substantially over time.

This deal demonstrates Nayax's ability to secure enterprise-scale partnerships in high-growth markets. By establishing its technology within Autel's manufacturing infrastructure, Nayax creates a scalable growth channel tied directly to EV infrastructure expansion. For a payments company, securing this type of embedded position with a rapidly growing hardware provider represents an ideal go-to-market strategy with minimal customer acquisition costs and strong revenue visibility.
