The National Pipeline Group has successfully implemented the full-featured DeepSeek model.

The National Pipeline Group has developed a unified platform + service ecosystem based on nationalized technology to achieve multi-scenario applications. After one year of effort, the National Pipeline Group has made new progress in the field of artificial intelligence. It has preliminarily built a unified platform + service ecosystem industry model based on nationalized technology and the MaaS+Agent platform. On February 10, the Group completed the private deployment of the DeepSeek model and applied it in multiple scenarios. Since February 2024, the Group has actively promoted the construction of large models, completed the construction of the bottom layer of the large model and the first batch of demonstration scenarios in November, and became the first enterprise in the oil and gas industry to pass the "double registration" of industry large models and algorithms by the Central Cyberspace Administration of China. The Group independently designed the "1+3+N" technical architecture, built a leading basic model + multi-parameter combination model matrix, and realized the integration of large model architecture and product operation, computing power, algorithms, and data. The Group focuses on deep empowerment in multiple scenarios, applies it in core scenarios such as pipeline construction, operation, regulation, and safety, and improves engineering efficiency and quality through AI+construction scenarios; promotes the transformation from planned maintenance to predictive maintenance through AI+operation scenarios, and improves operation efficiency; through AI+regulation scenarios, the accuracy of intelligent regulation plan compilation is improved by 10%, helping winter supply and energy dispatch; and AI+management scenarios comprehensively improve enterprise management levels. The Group's relevant industry platforms, unified construction systems, and data platforms can call the v3 large model and r1 strong reasoning capabilities of DeepSeek, and the relevant services are being opened to all employees in batches. At the same time, the Group completed the protection of safety barriers in the application of DeepSeek and gradually enhanced the reasoning capabilities of complex tasks through the Agent platform. In the next step, the Group will strengthen ecological cooperation and joint innovation, continuously explore the ability to reshape Data—Information—Knowledge—Wisdom, and help "one network across the country" through pipeline large models to enhance national energy security.
