Nasdaq Stockholm approves CoinShares' application for trading suspension and delisting of its ordinary shares. The delisting is conditional upon the registration of a court order sanctioning a Scheme of Arrangement. The last day of trading is expected on March 20, 2026, with delisting on March 31, 2026. CoinShares plans to merge with Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp. and change its listing venue to the Nasdaq Stock Market in the US.
