Nasdaq-100 Index to Add Six and Remove Six Companies on Dec. 22

Nasdaq announced the results of the annual reconstitution of the Nasdaq-100 Index, effective December 22, 2025. Six companies will be added: Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Ferrovial SE, Insmed Inc., Monolithic Power Systems, Seagate Technology Holdings, and Western Digital Corp. Six companies will be removed: Biogen Inc., CDW Corporation, GlobalFoundries Inc., Lululemon Athletica Inc., ON Semiconductor Corporation, and The Trade Desk, Inc. The changes will take effect prior to market open on December 22.
