Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ:MSTR) has added $1.25 billion worth of Bitcoin to its holdings, totaling 687,410 Bitcoins. The company's investment in cryptocurrency has drawn scrutiny, but Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) has decided not to remove digital-asset treasury companies from its indexes. MSCI plans to conduct a broader review of non-operating companies. JPMorgan analysts cautioned that delisting the stock from MSCI's equity indices could result in billions of dollars in outflows.
