Morgan Stanley (MS.US) opens new Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore

Morgan Stanley (MS.US) said in a statement that it officially opened its new Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore. The office, located in IOI Central Boulevard Towers, occupies 107,000 square feet across five levels. Morgan Stanley CEO Ted Pick, Asia CEO Gokul Laroia, and MAS Deputy Managing Director (Markets and Development) Leong Sing Chiong attended the opening ceremony. "We are delighted to open our new Southeast Asia headquarters, which reflects our commitment to Singapore and the broader region, and we see significant long-term growth opportunities," Pick commented. "The new headquarters will play a key role in Morgan Stanley's Southeast Asia growth strategy, allowing us to strengthen our presence and better serve our clients." Morgan Stanley has been operating in Singapore since 1990, currently providing investment banking, equity and fixed income research, securities trading, derivatives, commodities, private wealth management, and investment management services to Singapore. In other Southeast Asian regions, Morgan Stanley also has offices in Jakarta, Bangkok, and Manila.
