Montauk Renewables reported flat revenues at $176.4 million, a decline in net income to $1.7 million, and a 16.5% drop in adjusted EBITDA to $35.6 million. The company highlighted the commissioning of major projects, including the Turkey, North Carolina facility and the second Apex RNG plant, and secured a $200 million senior credit facility to refinance earlier debt and increase leverage.
