Moligo Technologies has published a Nature Communications article demonstrating the use of enzymatically synthesized single-stranded DNA as a highly efficient non-viral donor template for gene insertion in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. The study, co-authored with Cellectis, validates the use of long ssDNA for non-viral gene therapy, paving the way for the next generation of cell and gene therapies.
