Mobileye's Road Experience Management (REM) system generates and maintains accurate, crowdsourced high-definition maps for autonomous driving. Change Detection is a core component that identifies road structure changes. The system uses a deep learning model called CDNet and runs on AWS Graviton-based Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) instances, resulting in a more than 2x improvement in throughput. The use of Triton Inference Server also enhances model inference efficiency.
