The payment arrangement system allows customers to create plans to get a bill paid off when additional time is needed to catch up. The move means that customers will no longer be able to visit a local T-Mobile store or call customer service to make payment arrangements. The T-Life mobile app will be the primary option for most of the company's business dealings with customers.
