• MMA INC and UFC Gym Group strengthen alliance for global gym rollout • 45 new gyms to open in 2025 • BJJLink.com software optimizes member management and drives revenue growth • First franchise sold and opening in Florida market • Partnership integrates Warrior Training Program across 150+ locations worldwide • MMA INC's technology supports scalable monetization for franchisees.

Mixed Martial Arts Group Limited (MMA INC) and UFC Gym Group have announced a significant expansion of their strategic technology partnership, aimed at accelerating the global rollout of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) franchise gyms. The partnership, which includes the selection of BJJLink.com as the official gym management software platform, is expected to support the opening of 45 new gyms in 2025.

The agreement, which builds on a broader strategic partnership, integrates the Warrior Training Program across a network of 150+ locations worldwide. The first franchise has been sold and is set to open in the Florida market. The partnership will leverage BJJLink.com, a leading gym management platform designed for BJJ academies, to optimize member management, drive revenue growth, and unlock scalable monetization for franchisees.

BJJLink.com, powered by MMA INC’s Martial Arts Technology, will serve as the digital backbone of UFC GYM’s new BJJ franchise studios. The platform offers features such as mobile check-in, curriculum management, smart class scheduling, payment infrastructure, and referral tracking. These tools are designed to enhance member experience, streamline operations, and drive growth.

Under the terms of the expanded agreement, UFC GYM franchisees will gain access to BJJLink Admin+, a powerful all-in-one platform designed to simplify operations and drive growth. This includes streamlined class scheduling, automated billing, digital curriculum tools, and built-in referral tracking. The standardized pricing across locations and centralized reporting through a master admin dashboard provide both flexibility and oversight, helping franchisees scale confidently while staying aligned with brand standards.

The new UFC GYM BJJ studios, purpose-built spaces dedicated to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, are part of UFC GYM’s mission to redefine fitness and martial arts for modern athletes. The brand plans to open more than 45 new gyms in 2025, with many of the BJJ-first models ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet and featuring advanced mat spaces, recovery zones, and family-friendly programming.

MMA INC’s technology will support the scalable monetization of franchisees, as seen in its successful expansion into Latin America and its marquee partnership with Gracie Allegiant HQ and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend Clark Gracie. The company aims to co-launch the new BJJLink-powered UFC BJJ studio software at select international locations during the second half of 2025.

This strategic partnership underscores the growing demand for digital solutions in the martial arts industry, driven by the increasing popularity of BJJ and the need for efficient gym management. With over 5 million social media followers, 530,000 user profiles, 50,000 active students, 18,000 published gyms, and 800 verified gyms across 16 countries, MMA INC continues to transform the martial arts landscape and deliver unparalleled value to its stakeholders.
