Mission Produce Appoints Douglas Stone to Board of Directors, Boosts Board Size to 11

Mission Produce has appointed Douglas Stone to its Board of Directors as an independent Class I director, effective November 26, 2025. Stone brings decades of leadership experience in the agribusiness industry, having previously served as President of AgriBusiness at J.R. Simplot Company. His expertise in operational efficiency and strategic sourcing is expected to benefit Mission's global initiatives and growth. Stone will also join the Compensation Committee.
