Mint, a provider of interior design and renovation services, filed on Wednesday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering to raise up to $8 million. The Hong Kong-based company plans to sell 1.8 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5, giving the company a market value of $10.24 million at the midpoint of the proposed range.
