Guide enterprises to carry out intelligent green process upgrading, accelerate digital transformation, and create intelligent green factories. By 2027, the cutting efficiency of cutting equipment will be improved by 15%, the VOCs emission of painting equipment will be reduced by 20%, the rust removal efficiency of super-high-pressure water rust removal equipment will be above 30m2/h, the digitalization rate of welding equipment will be above 90%, the assembly efficiency of small assembly equipment will be improved by more than 20%, and the total emission of pollutants from environmental protection equipment will be reduced by more than 5%. The construction efficiency of high-end ships such as large LNG carriers and high-end car carriers will be improved by 10%.
