At the same time, it will formulate and issue the "Guidance on Compliance of Network Platform Transaction Fees", providing clear guidance for platform enterprises' reasonable charging.
Regarding platform algorithms, it will adhere to the goal of upward and positive, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of new employment groups. At present, new employment groups such as delivery riders and consumers have complained that the platform enterprises have three problems: one is algorithmic opacity, two is big data discrimination, and three is fake reviews and fake credit, which infringe on their legitimate rights and interests. In response to these problems, the Administration will actively cooperate with relevant departments to strengthen comprehensive governance and urge platform enterprises to enhance algorithmic transparency and optimize algorithmic rules, effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of new employment groups.
