USPS, FedEx, and UPS saw improvements in on-time delivery for parcels shipped during December, with USPS meeting on-time delivery standards 94.1% of the time, up from 90.4% in 2024. FedEx's on-time rate increased 3.5 percentage points to 95.3%, while UPS had the highest on-time rate at 97.2%. The holiday season saw a 5% increase in total volumes delivered.
