Micron projects fiscal Q4 revenue to grow 15% sequentially.

Micron Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: MU) has reported robust financial results for its third quarter of fiscal 2025, with record revenue driven by strong performance across various end markets. The company's fiscal Q3 2025 highlights include revenue of $9.30 billion, a 15.5% increase from the previous quarter and a 29.9% increase from the same period last year. GAAP net income for the quarter was $1.89 billion, or $1.68 per diluted share, while non-GAAP net income was $2.18 billion, or $1.91 per diluted share. Operating cash flow was $4.61 billion, up from $3.94 billion in the prior quarter and $2.48 billion in the same period last year.

Micron's strong performance was driven by record DRAM revenue, including nearly 50% sequential growth in HBM revenue. Data center revenue more than doubled year-over-year and reached a quarterly record, while consumer-oriented end markets also showed strong sequential growth. The company expects to deliver record revenue with solid profitability and free cash flow in fiscal 2025, while making disciplined investments to build on its technology leadership and manufacturing excellence to satisfy growing AI-driven memory demand.

For the fourth quarter of 2025, Micron projects revenue to grow another 15% sequentially, with GAAP revenue projected at $10.7 billion and non-GAAP revenue projected at $10.7 billion. The company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.115 per share, payable in cash on July 22, 2025.

Micron will host a conference call on June 25, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time to discuss its third quarter financial results and provide forward-looking guidance for its fourth quarter. A live webcast of the call will be available online at investors.micron.com.
