MFS Investment Management Releases Closed-End Fund Income Distribution Sources for November 2025.

MFS Investment Management released the distribution income sources for five of its closed-end funds, including MFS Charter Income Trust, MFS Government Markets Income Trust, MFS Intermediate High-Income Fund, MFS Intermediate Income Trust, and MFS Multimarket Income Trust. The funds' distribution income sources include net investment income, net realized short-term and long-term capital gains, and return of capital or other capital source. The total cumulative distributions for the fiscal year to date range from 61% to 100% of the current distribution amount per share.
