MEXC Ventures Launches India Blockchain Tour 2025

MEXC Ventures, the investment arm of the global cryptocurrency exchange MEXC, has launched the 4th edition of the India Blockchain Tour (IBT) 2025 as the title sponsor. Partnering with Octaloop, one of India’s earliest and most active crypto-native communities, the tour is a six-month Web3 innovation roadshow spanning eight cities. The inaugural event took place on June 28 in Hyderabad, attracting over 1,000 developers, founders, investors, and policy experts. The event focused on the real-world applications of blockchain technology in governance, AI, and inclusive finance.

MEXC Ventures is dedicated to collaborating with industry stakeholders to accelerate the growth of India’s Web3 ecosystem. Jayesh Ranjan, Special Chief Secretary of Telangana, attended the Hyderabad event and highlighted the government’s supportive stance on blockchain technology. He mentioned its applications in agriculture traceability and vehicle registration, emphasizing the importance of decentralized technologies in public systems.

IBT 2025 aims to build deep connections between India’s local Web3 innovators and the global Web3 community, fostering substantive exchanges and long-term collaboration. MEXC Ventures will utilize its global investment and project incubation expertise to empower high-potential teams at each stop of the tour. Octaloop Founder Anupam Varshney expressed confidence in India’s leadership in Web3 innovation, stating that the country is ready to lead the global stage. He emphasized that IBT 2025 will amplify India’s Web3 voice and connect global projects with local innovators, showcasing the rapidly growing ecosystem to the world.
