Meta Platforms is reportedly experiencing departures of AI hires after brief tenures. The company, which specializes in online social networking services, has a net sales breakdown of 98.6% for operation of social networking, messaging, photo and video sharing platforms and 1.4% for sale of virtual and augmented reality products, software and devices. Net sales are distributed geographically, with the majority coming from the United States and Canada, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and other regions.

Meta Platforms, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, is facing a wave of departures among its newly recruited AI experts, despite offering substantial compensation packages.
