Mercury NZ Secures Long-Term Energy Supply Deal with Visy

Mercury NZ has signed a long-term power-purchasing agreement with Visy, a multinational packaging firm, spanning 10-20 years. The deal will see Visy purchase about 115 GWh of electricity for the first 10 years, tapering down to half of this amount. This agreement will power Visy's packaging and manufacturing facilities across New Zealand, helping to stabilize energy prices.
