Victoria's Transport Accident Commission will launch legal action against several surgeons at Royal Melbourne Hospital for allegedly issuing fraudulent bills on an industrial scale, totaling millions of dollars. The TAC has also launched a separate investigation into private hospitals in Melbourne.
