Beyond Meat Appoints New CAO Amid Accounting Overhaul

Beyond Meat has appointed Tony Kalajian as its new Chief Accounting Officer, effective January 12. Kalajian joins the company as it works to improve its internal accounting and financial processes following a material weakness in its internal controls. The appointment comes after the company terminated its previous principal accounting officer and controller, Yi Luo, and delayed its Q3 quarterly report. Kalajian will receive an annual base salary of $325,000 and an annual bonus opportunity up to 35% of his base.
