MDU Resources adds Charles Kelley and Tammy Miller to its board of directors.

MDU Resources Group has appointed Charles M. Kelley and Tammy J. Miller to its board of directors. Kelley brings over 40 years of experience in the natural gas industry, including a 25-year career at ONEOK, Inc. Miller's appointment was not detailed in the announcement. Their expertise is expected to benefit MDU Resources' pipeline subsidiary, WBI Energy.

BISMARCK, N.D., Aug. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- MDU Resources Group, Inc. (NYSE: MDU) has announced the election of Charles M. Kelley and Tammy J. Miller to its board of directors, effective Aug. 12, 2025. This appointment brings significant expertise to the board, particularly in the natural gas industry and utility sector, which is expected to benefit MDU Resources' pipeline subsidiary, WBI Energy.

Charles M. Kelley, with over four decades of experience in the natural gas industry, most recently served as senior vice president of Natural Gas Pipelines at ONEOK, Inc. During his tenure, he oversaw more than $600 million in capital projects and significantly increased EBITDA. His deep expertise in pipeline development, regulatory strategy, and capital planning is expected to provide valuable insights as WBI Energy pursues growth opportunities in natural gas transmission and storage. Miller's experience aligns well with MDU Resources' mission and geographic footprint. She currently serves on the board of directors of SkyWater Technology, a publicly traded company, and brings valuable perspectives on public policy, finance, and corporate governance.
