MCH Group, a globally leading live marketing company, has made a strategic move by acquiring a 100% holding in MC2, a recognized leader in the event marketing industry in the U.S. This acquisition, the largest in MCH Group's 100-year history, is a key strategic expansion that will significantly boost the company's international presence and activities, as well as expand its range of services in the live marketing field.

The acquisition of MC2 marks a tremendous step forward in the implementation of MCH Group's corporate strategy, which has been pursued since 2005. With MC2, MCH Group will be greatly boosting its international presence and activities, as well as expanding its range of services in the live marketing field. MC2, with its 350 employees at 15 locations in the U.S. (Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Kingman, Las Vegas, Lehigh Valley, Los Angeles, New York, Orlando, San Francisco and St. Louis) and one location in Germany (Düsseldorf), records an annual turnover of about CHF 160 million.

MC2 will remain an autonomous company within MCH Group's Live Marketing Solutions division. It will maintain its organizational structure under the leadership of CEO Gary Benson and his management team, as well as its operational locations in the U.S. and Germany. This acquisition will enable MCH Group to better serve local clients in the U.S. and provide global clients with access to important markets, such as Europe, the United States, Asia, and the Middle East.



The acquisition of MC2 is expected to increase the strength and competitiveness of both MCH and MC2's performance through the access to new market segments and the exploitation of mutual synergies.
