Marriott International (Nasdaq: MAR) has announced the retirement of Leeny Oberg, the company's Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Development, effective March 31, 2026. Oberg has been with Marriott for 26 years, serving as CFO since 2016 and leading the strategic growth of the global lodging portfolio since February 2023. [1]
To succeed Oberg, the company has named Jen Mason and Shawn Hill to the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Development Officer, respectively.
