Manipal Hospitals to acquire Sahyadri Hospitals in Rs 6,400 crore deal

Manipal Hospitals has sought CCI approval to acquire Sahyadri Hospitals in a deal valued at around Rs 6,400 crore. The acquisition will bring Manipal's total bed count to 12,000, making it one of India's largest hospital networks. The deal will add 11 hospitals to Manipal's network and strengthen its presence in western India.
