Malpani Pipes & Fittings Limited (Malpani) has entered into a sole distributorship agreement with Yongkang Gaocheng Imp. & Exp. Co. Ltd. (Yongkang Gaocheng) to distribute the latter's products under the BST Brand and Gaocheng Pro Brand in India. The agreement, effective until August 22, 2030, grants Malpani exclusive rights to distribute a wide range of products, including agricultural equipment, power tools, garden and plantation machinery, and construction & demolition tools [1].
