Malaysia's wholesale and retail trade sales reached RM158.9 billion in November 2022, a year-on-year increase of 6.4%. The growth was driven by the motor vehicles sub-sector, wholesale trade, and retail trade. Online retail sales rose 7.3% year-over-year, while digital payment activities, including e-money transactions and financial process exchange, also showed strong growth.
