Makarora Management LP, along with Ares Alternative Credit funds, has completed the acquisition of Plymouth Industrial REIT for $2.1 billion in an all-cash transaction. Plymouth shareholders will receive $22.00 per share. With the completion, Plymouth will no longer be traded on any public securities exchange.
