The offering of the Euro-denominated notes is expected to close on May 21, 2025, while the U.S. dollar-denominated notes are anticipated to close on May 22, 2025. Both offerings will be conducted under an effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a short form base shelf prospectus filed with the Ontario Securities Commission. Several financial institutions, including BNP PARIBAS, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Commerzbank, and ING, are acting as joint book-running managers for these offerings.
