Maharashtra Airport Development Co (MADC) has approached the Supreme Court to challenge a Bombay High Court order that asked it to refund ₹10.29 crore to Wipro. The HC had ruled that retaining the amount would constitute unjust enrichment by MADC. MADC had cancelled a letter of acceptance for leasing the land to Wipro and forfeited the advance payment.
