Limitless Secures $4 Million Funding Led by Arthur Hayes Family Office

Limitless, the largest prediction market on Base, has successfully secured $4 million in strategic funding. This round of investment was led by Maelstrom, the family office of Arthur Hayes, who has also joined the company as an advisor. The funding follows a previous $3 million pre-seed round, which was led by 1confirmation. The total funding raised by Limitless now stands at $7 million, with support from prominent investors including Coinbase Ventures, Collider, Node Capital, Paper Ventures, Public Works, Punk DAO, and WAGMI Ventures, as well as individual investors through the Base Ecosystem Fund group on Echo.

The new funding comes on the heels of significant demand for short-term price markets on assets like BTC, which have seen over $250 million in volume since their launch. These markets are similar to 0DTE options but offer even shorter expiries, such as hourly, making them more accessible for trading. In anticipation of an upcoming Token Generation Event (TGE), Limitless has launched a points program aimed at prediction market enthusiasts. This program allows users to earn points by using the product, providing liquidity, and referring friends to join the platform, giving them a stake in the game.

Limitless is poised to become the first major prediction market platform to launch a token and distribute an airdrop to its early customers.
