Leslie’s, Inc., the leading direct-to-customer brand in the U.S. pool and spa care industry, has relaunched its Pool Perks Rewards Program with new loyalty tiers designed to enhance customer experience and benefits. The refreshed program, announced on May 19, 2025, aims to improve customer engagement and retention by offering personalized rewards and increased benefits as customers climb the loyalty tiers.

The new loyalty tiers include Perks Members, Perks Elite, and MVP Members. All members earn points for every dollar spent, with benefits escalating as they reach higher tiers. Perks Members receive a $1 reward for every 50 points earned, while Perks Elite Members receive a $5 bonus reward and a 25% off coupon on any float upon becoming an Elite Member. MVP Members, on the other hand, receive a $10 bonus reward and a 50% off coupon on any float upon becoming an MVP Member. Free shipping is also available for orders over $75 for Perks and Perks Elite members, with additional charges applying to oversize items and same-day delivery.

CEO Jason McDonell emphasized the program's focus on customer-centricity and convenience, stating, "Our new tiered Pool Perks Rewards Program is one more way we are delivering against our key pillars of customer centricity and convenience, allowing customers to enhance their pool experience with elevated rewards, including personalized offers that cater to their unique needs."

While the new loyalty tiers aim to incentivize spending and attract new customers, there are potential drawbacks. The tier system may alienate some customers who feel excluded from higher rewards due to spending thresholds. Additionally, the requirement for customers to enroll in email marketing to receive coupons could deter potential program members who are privacy-conscious.
