LEAP India has filed a DRHP with Sebi for a Rs 2,400 crore IPO, with a fresh issue of Rs 400 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 2,000 crore. The IPO will be a mix of fresh and secondary issues, with a reservation for eligible employees. The company plans to use the proceeds for prepayment of borrowings and working capital requirements. LEAP India is a supply chain asset pooling firm with 13.57 million assets and a pan-India network of 7,747 customer touchpoints.
